Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to
5:00p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments are
scheduled each day from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If for any reason you are unable to keep your
appointment or are running late, we would appreciate it if you would notify us
as soon as possible. While we make every effort to adhere to our schedule,
emergencies do occur and appointments sometimes take longer than anticipated. We
appreciate your patience in these situations. Please know that we take the time
necessary to provide the best possible care to every child. |

To all Blue Cross Blue Shield patients,
Children’s Orthopaedics of Atlanta values the trust you have placed in us to provide premium pediatric orthopaedic care for your child. We would like to inform you that our contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) expired March 31, 2010. We are committed to renegotiating a contract with BCBS, however, Children’s Orthopaedics of Atlanta is now an out-of-network provider for BCBS beneficiaries.
We would like to continue caring for your child and we will be happy to do that. You may have insurance coverage from another source or you may be able to change insurance carriers. Children’s Orthopaedics of Atlanta is contracted with most major insurance plans in the region.
You also should inquire with your current BCBS plan about out-of-network benefits. For more detailed information about how this change would impact you financially, we encourage you to contact your employer’s benefit representative and BCBS. You can get this information from your policy handbook, or by calling the Customer Service phone number on your insurance card.
